I’m a Pilates girl trying to lift heavier and my form is definitely lacking but the instructor was super helpful and supportive in getting me to get the most out of the workout. We did a quick warmup, then two different 10 min sets, then a 5 min finisher of all booty-focused work. It was HARD in the best way. Can already tell I’ll be sore tomorrow. 🍑

However, it ended up being exactly the change I needed in my workout routine. The classes are extremely motivating, the music is always great, and Kyle constantly pushes and encourages everyone to work harder. She guided me towards the best add-ons for my health, including extra vitamins. I also upgraded from a basic IV to the Myer’s Cocktail, and Patricia kindly shared the member pricing for the upgrade. The massage chairs you can sit in during the IV therapy are phenomenal; you won’t want to get up! Everything about the staff, pricing, and atmosphere blew me away. I plan to get a membership with this company, but at a location closer to my house. I highly recommend it! 12/10!!!!

I tried the red light therapy which has the added amazing benefit of lying on a PEMF mat and that evening I slept so well and the next day I had an incredible amount of energy and excitement for life. I felt great for at least another two days, which brings me to today so I'm not sure how long the benefits last. (I used program number three). I also tried the cryotherapy, (today) which is so cool! It is way way way better than cold plunging. And they also have a bunch of other fun stuff including a therapy that I did not try, but after 20 minutes of just lying there you basically get a 3 to 4 hour strength workout, WOW! so many super cool things here.
