Fatima at the front desk was so kind and showed me around, and the class itself was a burner! It was challenging, but still modifiable, for someone who has regularly practiced yoga there were similar foundational moves, but it was definitely more on the sculpt side. I’ve tried a lot of sculpt/pilates-esqu classes in this immediate area and I must say this was by far my favorite! It was very clear that Tammie the instructor knew what she was doing and as a student that’s what we come for! Will definitely be back!

Quinton explained the equipment to me and helped me get settled before start time. His instruction during class was very easy to follow and I did not have to look around the room for guidance. The instructor took her time to put each one of us the rice bags in multiple stretches and poses. She also helped put a lavender spray at the end in esch one of us for more relaxation. I am definitely coming back and will bring my family members for this class. I have many precious injuries due to combat sports and this class was perfect for my mind and body! Everyone was very friendly with me also:) i highly recommend it!

It felt like a great active recovery day while still getting a solid stretch and reset. The environment was super welcoming and made it easy to feel comfortable right away. Liza was the real deal, very knowledgeable, encouraging, and easy to follow without making it intimidating for a beginner. Great energy all around. I’ll definitely be back.

I was sweating like it was hot yoga. Celine began the class with grounding and centering intentions. What appeared to be and might become an easy warm-up was challenging it was full send heart and hip opening. Warm up then led to a beginner aerial flow even inversions and small trickery. Being upside down made me feel a little drunk, glad I hadn’t eaten/ that was SO fun and also a proper challenge. Thanks Celine that was a real eye-opening class and suPEr appreciate the way you looked out for me as a beginner blockhead.

The class flow and equipment was top notch. I’ve taken thousands of reformer Pilates classes (traditional+modern) and this one is the best! The class had a perfect pace. Tricia was great at providing visual cues and modifications as needed. Playlist was fire and played at an appropriate volume. You HAVE to try it out!
