Let’s make it slightly less hot, so that students can have the ability to perform to their fullest potential.

Christina is very encouraging and offered some great hands-on adjustments (with the upfront option to decline them). A perfect Saturday morning vibe.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWhat a workout ! A fun yet challenging class. I really enjoyed the instructor, Erin. She was motivating, supportive and made the 45 min go by super fast. She made sure that all the workouts we did also had some modifications - that’s a huge plus. Also, the studio was super warm and friendly. Will definitely be back!
