She explains everything in great detail and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and easy to follow. A special thank you to Femke as well. She gives everyone such a warm welcome and is incredibly patient, taking the time to explain things as many times as needed. She is especially attentive to first-time visitors, making sure everything is explained clearly and that no one feels lost or unsure. Her warmth and care really made me feel at home from the very beginning. Overall, it was such a lovely and positive experience. I felt welcomed, supported, and very comfortable throughout the class.
