alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was a class of 5 pax. Pace was comfortable for beginners like me. Instructor was patient and kind to help correct my form and encouraging to let us stretch to the limit we can do and comfortable with. Do note the class was taught in mandarin.

I guess it makes the painful parts a bit more bearable 🤣 Learnt some new moves that I haven't experienced in other yoga classes. It was small class of 4 that evening, so she was able to give each student individual attention and suggestions. Studio cleanliness is not the best but acceptable enough.

alle beoordelingen weergevenClass is about 7-8 pax, studio is spacious and nicely carperted with soft cushion tiles, its more like fitness cardio but ting ting paced it such that everyone got the breather and water break in btwn reps. This is a class for beginners who have never done bungee fitness before.. i think i will come back again for more classes!
