I showed her a picture of roughly the hairstyle I wanted. While I chose a more normal sort of style, she upgraded the normal cut to a Korean style haircut - I ended up with a much more stylish hairstyle than I expected!😍 On top of that, she even helped to curl my hair for free so I could see how the new style looks like!!🥹🤍 She gave me advice on my hair and there was completely no hard sell! Genuinely the best salon experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend others to drop by!🥰

She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
