Sensei Kazumi-san was kind enough to use some English words, even though she didn’t have to (I fully understood when I signed up that the session would be conducted in Japanese). The front desk lady was also very nice. The studio is clean, spacious, and well maintained. There are plenty of shower rooms, all of a decent size. Highly recommend!

The classes were conducted entirely in Japanese, so I couldn’t understand everything that was being said, but I was still able to follow along by watching the instructor and other participants. What stood out the most was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They were very welcoming from the moment I arrived and made an effort to help me feel comfortable despite the language barrier. The studio was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try hot yoga in Japan, even if they don’t speak Japanese. The kindness and support from the staff made all the difference.

alle beoordelingen weergeven2nd time visiting this studio. Both the first session and today’s session were great. It was challenging, healing and relaxing at the same time. The staff, the team and the instructors are very accommodating and kind. I also really like how creative and well-thought-out their programs are. It’s different every time and you can enjoy a wide range selection of different exercises. They have several shower rooms, a locker room and an area where you can dry your hair and put on make up. I haven’t tried the shower rooms since I live on a few stops away and I shower at home. I’ll try them next time. I’m excited to go back. Thank you!
