Just tried the strength/circuit class today and it was way better than any other gyms that offer a similar style class. Even if you don’t do martial arts it’s def worth coming to try this class :)

I really enjoyed the class and instruction from Tiana and Ana. I didn’t know what to expect but it was challenging and I worked up a sweat! Really important that all women take some sort of self defence. Hope to become a regular at this gym!

As someone completely new to Jiu Jitsu, there were definitely some steep learning curves, but the instructor was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. I especially appreciated the emphasis not only on proper technique but also on injury prevention, which is crucial for beginners. I would definitely be interested in participating again.
