But from the studio tour and introduction to the equipments ahead of the class, I felt ready and confident. The coach took into account the state of each student throughout the process. From the correction of movements, to the strength control during core training, and then to the final stretching and relaxation, the details of every link were handled very well. The atmosphere in the classroom was particularly harmonious. The students around me were encouraging each other and moving steadily along with the rhythm throughout the course. I have made an appointment for the next week's class. Highly recommendded!
