While introducing us to the different stations and exercises, she gave us warm up exercises to do as she talked us through the movements. This was my first Lift class (and first ever introduction to using weights). She modified exercises for me to ensure I didn’t injure myself. But from the studio tour and introduction to the equipments ahead of the class, I felt ready and confident. The coach took into account the state of each student throughout the process. From the correction of movements, to the strength control during core training, and then to the final stretching and relaxation, the details of every link were handled very well. The atmosphere in the classroom was particularly harmonious. The students around me were encouraging each other and moving steadily along with the rhythm throughout the course. I have made an appointment for the next week's class. Highly recommendded!
