alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class is so hard, but in a good way? Be prepared for a challenge for sure! I really love this studio and how friendly the staff are. They’re very welcoming and not at all intimidating like some boutique studio staff. I also really really appreciate that they still let me in a few minutes late (and not shaming me for it), traffic getting north in the afternoon is so unpredictable.

alle beoordelingen weergevenHawi is an exceptional coach! He's so good at what he does. In a space that could feel intimidating to some, he makes everyone feel welcome, included, and safe. He pushes you to work hard but doesn't boot-camp-scream-in-your-face kind of motivate. He genuinely wants to see you succeed and improve in the craft. I would trust just about anything he says - that's how great at creating connection he is! The class itself is great - no boxing, but you work HARD going through stations of different exercises. Hawi instructs on proper form throughout, and is there to offer modifications if needed or wanted. Also.. the playlist was 🔥🔥🔥 today 🤘
