She is absolutely incredible, super friendly, and her workouts pack a punch every time. She’s able to give every person in the class her attention and always makes sure everyone is able to perform each exercise correctly. She also gives options of different intensities for those that want more or less of a challenge. She’s able to deliver instructions super clearly and is always full of energy. I feel sorry for the staff and instructor. I had to walk out after 20mins. Not to standard at all. The place needs a revamp and I’m requesting a full refund on my lost class. Awaiting Class Pass management to approve.
