Alessia came over to say hi and asked if I had any concerns since it was my first time, which immediately put me at ease. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she went around the room to check on everyone, making sure we were all doing the movements correctly. It's clear she genuinely cares about everyone in the class, no matter their experience level. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and looking forward to my next session.
