She allocated time for stretching at the end of the class which I feel alot of instructors often skip. I will be back for sure.Thank you girl 💗! Also another mention to the girls on the front desk especially Rhean who was so helpful !

The class size was small which I loved since the instructor Elnaz was able to focus on all of us equally and make sure we get our workout in effectively.
