Rochelle was my instructor and she absolutely ate downnnn 😂💕 She was so patient, friendly and warm, which made me feel really comfortable as a complete beginner. She taught everything at my pace, made sure I understood what I was doing and made the whole experience feel fun rather than intimidating. She even helped me get the cutest content while I was there, which was such a bonus! Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Rochelle! 🥰✨

alle beoordelingen weergevenFijne begeleiding. Nikki deed enorm haar best om me meteen thuis te doen voelen. Heel fijne vrolijke aanwezigheid. Ze geeft ook veel variaties wat fijn was. Ik was het zelf enkel gewend van rond de paal te ´draaien’ en niet van statische trucjes aan de paal te doen. In deze les kreeg ik een verscheidenheid aan oefeningen aangereikt.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’d have loved for her to explain a little more about the theory behind Yin Yoga, such as what it is good for, why the poses are held for longer, how this affects the connective tissue etc. That said, today’s class was really good for creating more space and openness in the pelvis and hips. She is kind and gentle, good poses.
