Instructions were very clear so it was not a problem the view of Ayesha was somewhat obscured by the pillar. Great to have a 75 minute practice so there was time for breath work to settle into the practice and again at the end. Left feeling blissed out. Hope to return!

It was also my first time using pads and Dee gave super clear instructions and made sure I was ready and comfortable. Would come back :)

I found the class to be exceptionally well-structured, with a sequence that gracefully pushed me out of my comfort zone. The transitions were not only unique but also invigorating, providing a balanced flow that allowed me to explore my limits while maintaining a sense of harmony. I particularly appreciated how the flow could seamlessly extend into a workshop aimed at mastering even more advanced postures like Sundial, Double Sundial, and Chakorasana.

Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. I like that she doesn't focus too much on the chanting and mantras that sometimes come with classes and might not be everyone's cup of tea. Really good class, highly recommended!

Définitivement le Meilleur prof de Yoga que j’ai eu de toute ma vie parmi tous les profs que j’ai pu tester entre Paris, Bali, et même en Inde !
