alle beoordelingen weergevenI really like Maddison’s classes! She introduces progressions step by step and reminds the class that it’s okay to not push ourselves beyond our current limits. Also appreciate the reminders to correct form and that the music is unobtrusive but still helps to keep to a rhythm. The 8:30am classes work great for me, as someone who isn’t a morning person! We’re finished just in time for the start of the work day and it’s not too early to be unrealistic for me to make it on time. Love this studio and the people there - so lucky to have it on my doorstep!

De plus, elle réalise 99 % de la séance avec nous, ce qui est vraiment admirable et nous pousse toutes à ne rien lâcher. Il me semble que c’était la première fois que je participais à l’un de ses cours, et certainement pas la dernière. She‘s the first trainer I witnessed in the whole of Amsterdam (sorry xD) that actually works with the inner core muscles from all angles if the request is „can we please do your“. It’s usually a lot if blanks or apps. Not worth her - It was honestly sublime. You had no glue that you were working the core until you felt it and the time flew by like that <3 thanks!!
