A nice warm welcome from Dan the instructor settled the nerves. A nice clean studio with a calming atmosphere. The session was amazing! Dan guided us through the different techniques and stages. Great to be given the flexibility (pun intended) to work and push to our individual experience and levels, especially for me as it was my first ever session and my body was really tight and immobile. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing session. Yoga is definitely a way of life for me now and YK is the perfect venue. Thank you Dan and Yoga Kula. Outstanding!

And after experiencing it with others, i have to say he is the most gentle, calm and safe in his style to lead such an intimate group session. Excellent holding capacity, speed, music, words. Only point of improvement is that the teacher paid little attention to stretching after the bar exercises and maybe she could encourage slow and controlled movements a bit more. It was very fast, and for Pilates that’s not the point.

I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.
