It’s not like a “hot much can you sweat, be super sore the next day” kind of class, but like we did lots of great shoulder and back stretches, gentle but not easy. Some balance work. I enjoyed the short reading/meditations at the beginning and end. Shiloh was great and I felt so relaxed and happy afterwards!

I have an injury I am recovering from and she did a wonderful job at targeting and locating the spots that needed help.
