The studio was clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere and everyone was encouraging, which made it easy to jump in even though I hadn’t done yoga in years. The class itself was challenging (it definitely kicked my butt!) but I felt amazing afterward. The instructor was excellent. He explained the moves clearly, made sure everyone’s form was correct, and kept the energy motivating throughout. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a class that pushes you while still feeling supportive.

Our RN Meena was so nice and helpful. They have great deals in the clinic and even birthday deals. I really loved being here, the experience was fabulous from start to finish. It’s a beautiful facility with amazing staff. I can’t wait to come back! We ended up getting IVs and I got an antioxidant injection and a B12 injection. Easy peasy, comfortable process, pain level for the IV was like any IV, I would say 2/10 just a pinch.
