She was able to deconstruct her classes in such a way that I could follow along and where I felt the benefits of the stretch. The class pushed me without the intensity and without stacking on so many moves. I finished The Great Saunter yesterday, so my legs were shredded. I felt the moves helped me recover and reset for a slow Sunday.

Not convenient for me because I had stacked another appointment next door for after my original appointment time, so going early interrupted my entire schedule for the evening, but after seeing the review that said they showed up for their appointment only to find it closed I was worried they would just no-show on me too so I decided to go early. When I arrived they said “oh it’s a good thing you came early because we were about to leave for the day.” For clients: maybe it’s better to go for AM/midday appointments. For management: it’s not great to make your clients feel like they’re an inconvenience to you for coming in during your scheduled hours.

I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!
