This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

In general, my eyes tear up quite a bit when anything is being done to them. But Eduarda was patient, kind, and personable throughout. The products used did not hurt or sting at all. I don’t have long lashes to start with so it’s not too obvious. But considering how much I was tearing up, all of my lashes still curled up and I love it. Highly recommend!

I do have to comment that the massage was better once I decided to add on the essential oil and hot stones which was an additional charge of $20. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the massage as much if I wouldn’t have added this on. But there was no way time it was clean and they had soothing music playing.
