alle beoordelingen weergevenThis place can be hit or miss… my pedicures have mostly been rushed and not so great. I got SNS yesterday, and my nail tech was so warm and sweet. My nails look great— and I didn’t experience her being overly aggressive with my nail beds like others mentioned. I went in the morning when they were pretty dead, and I do wonder if that was a factor vs late afternoon when everyone is getting off work.

The girls are all very nice and work extremely fast so if you’re on a time crunch it’s definitely the place for that. However, if you are more into a real relaxed environment where people talk to you (or don’t) but it’s tranquil and you truly feeling pampered and fresh - this is not the place for you.

I loved that they used lots of new products so it keeps down on bacteria. The staff is friendly. I love that there’s no pressure for a tip like other places. I tipped a bit more because of that and I enjoyed my service/ results. It’s been two weeks since I’ve got them done. Ive went on vacation to Colorado, did a ton of adventurous things like zip lining and atv rides. I’ve washed my hair and gone to the spa twice, not a chip in sight on my nails. Only slight chipping on my toes which is more fine after two weeks even without boots and hiking. I could honestly go another week or two with my current mani as long as it doesn’t chip. I live in old fourth ward and will literally drive all the way to this salon. It’s that good. Also large beautiful color selections. I’m a pink girlie and was impressed with the various shades of pink they have.

The salon was immaculate (and the staff were cleaning throughout at all empty stations, ensuring each was properly sanitized), and the staff were so welcoming. They offer free massages (asking for cash tips). I had the spa pedicure as well as a back massage. Each included a stone massage as well. i can't wait to come back here! I was charged for top coat polish $1 and gel removal $5 which wasn't bad at all. Emilen was great, pleasant offered good conversation, and did an excellent job.

A teeny bit rough, but it was needed because my cuticles were so horrible and I had a slight ingrown nail which she asked if I wanted taken out, which I said yes. My toes look and feel gorgeous now. I had old gel on before which they charged $5 for removal, which was a good price to me. All of the tools they used came out of sealed packages as new, so they were very clean and sanitary. Definitely will be back.
