    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

    This was a really good class but as someone who doesn’t have much strength it was very challenging. I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

    This was my first time at Barry’s. I’ve always been intimidated with HIIT classes but Alex and the Barry’s staff made it SO comfortable for me. Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

    I love the format of this class! It’s 3 circuits with 4 exercises each, mostly strength-based but sometimes cardio or core is included. Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.

    Scott’s classes are always challenging. He always brings a new mix into the class that pushes me to my limits. I wouldn’t recommend his class if it’s your first time at Barry’s.     Lily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.

    Such a good class!! Instructor was super high energy and gives you the confidence to keep pushing past your limits. They also have showers stocked with everything you need so I found that helpful, I’ll definitely be back
