About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

The massage was much more swedish than deep tissue. Make sure you communicate your preferences with the masseuse, it doesn't seem like they pay attention to the label on the reservation.

It started to get worse, so I booked for an acupuncture and massage two days in a row. I am very pleased with the results, I am feeling so much better. The staff were all very kind and considerate.
