The clientele though, not very friendly (felt uncomfortable with these two girls next to me whispering). Lockers are gendered which makes it difficult for non-binary and trans folks to navigate the space. But the flow and sweat made up for its shortcomings.

The temperature was 97 F which was not listed anywhere on the description, I think most classes at this location are higher temperatures but it would be helpful if that info could be provided beforehand.

I would have preferred a slightly more activating poses, engaging flow but that’s my personal preference. Overall I enjoyed it

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class! Shannon was very savvy and helped us navigate the NYC marathon by changing the meeting point to somewhere really spectacular, the castle. Her communication was very clear and she personally followed up to make sure I got her message about the location change, which I really appreciated. This was my first class with this group; but I’ll definitely be back for more.

alle beoordelingen weergevenA very calming and relaxing class. I loved how we held the poses for a long amount of time so that the sound bath could work it’s magic. I also enjoyed the experience of being on Roosevelt Island, which I also found very peaceful. I was happy I wore socks to the class and was fully dressed, so to say. It could have been a bit chilly. They provided yoga mats for free, but I brought my own.
