The music played reminded me of a magical forest vibe. I felt like I was completely renewed after class. Class was so healing for the mind, body, & soul! Love how she provided a safe space for us to take what we need

Her instruction was clear and her vibes were great. I needed this exact flow, and the lavender at the end was the cherry on the top! Will be returning!!
