alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat restorative yoga! They provided the mat and bolster which was super convenient, staff was kind and welcoming. Great for a beginner to stretching and movement, or if you just want low intensity relaxation! I think someone looking for a more intense stretch and strength wouldn’t find this too helpful, but as a beginner with tons of tightness, it was great.

alle beoordelingen weergevenClass with rebecca was great! Good flow with fun use of the weighted ball. She gave great cues and suggestions for modifications if needed. Definitely felt the burn in certain moves. Overall a manageable class if you have Pilates experience. I do wish the class was longer than 45min to get a longer workout.
