We’re training, not straining. And his advice throughout the class was so encouraging. I would definitely come back again. The place is so clean and organized, the people are so encouraging. Everything you can ask for.

If you are post injury or first time doing yoga please do not hesitate to try this class or the class on Mondays at 10:30 am. Annelie gives wonderful and thoughtful modifications if need be.

I actually think it’s harder than the Hyrox classes I’ve been taking 😂 I love the energy though, and I love how supportive they are bc we’re all just hard working moms!!! Definitely coming back! The instructor was SO engaging and so into the dance! I could feel her joy and it really sparked me to move more!! Will be back again

I showed up for the 6 am class 10 minutes early, and I really appreciated that Matthew walked me through what to expect before class and walked me through some foam rolling movements and stretching. The other ladies in the class were supportive also and cheered my on which I really appreciated because it was intense! I also loved that it was a full hour workout! I feel like other gyms give you the 10 min intro speech and 10 mins of stretching after, so you only get a 40 min workout. Not here, it was a full hour! Highly recommend this class for a great cardio burn!
