The instructor was super friendly, motivating and helped with tips on how to modify. I am excited to try out more classes while adding this one into my weekly routine.

The ambiance was very soothing and relaxing. Live Sitar music further enhanced the calming atmosphere and was a very nice and pleasant add on to an already great class. Highly recommended 👍🙏
