Ballet can seem intimidating but this was so much fun and the instructor was kind, funny, and energetic! The space was bright, but not in the fluorescent light kind of bright. Welcoming & friendly environment!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenOh the instructor and the other participants were super welcoming. I haven’t done the jazz class in like over 35 years so it’s been a long time. The breakdown was not very difficult so you could add your own bit to it and the sequence was just long enough that my brain didn’t Fry. It also gave me a good little workout and I love the warm-up. I would definitely do this class again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved my class at Calda! I felt the burn but in an amazing way! The movements were easy to follow and Ayu was fantastic — her energy, positivity and welcoming nature made the class SO enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!
