Rhea is a great facilitator and curates a relaxing, peaceful space, but the full-on gargling on the other side of the room was challenging to meditate through. I'm not sure there's anything that could have been done differently.

The girl was kind enough to hand me one as I brought cash but they only take card. Instructor was very attentive and came to fix my posture a few times. Gave some modification options as well. I have hearing problems but her speech was very clear. Will be back 🙏🏽

It was just amazing. He did push us a bit more than the usual routine but in a way, doable. I’d recommend Yard again and again. All trainers are amazing as always! So there’s no hit or miss here, unlike any other place!

Today it was a bit strong upon entry but I was fine within a few minutes. Alli is the best yoga teacher I’ve taken from in North America.
