    Kettlebell Essentials

    Karl is an amazing Coach! I’m not too familiar with kettle bell work outs, but his class helped me to understand the basics and more! We went through all the movements together, it ended up being successful! I highly recommend this class if you want to break a nice sweat! I’ll definitely be back!
