alle beoordelingen weergevenThis particular class felt beginner level but it’s so incredibly hot in the room, that it was honestly ok. I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

I enjoyed how Jennifer explained what certain poses did the the body and other fun new knowledge. The ambience was really soft and nice to help me to relax and be present.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved the class! The instructor was super knowledgeable, and I loved how the stretches flowed right into the movements for the different yoga poses. Since I’m new to yoga, it really helped me learn and follow along. The front desk staff also gave me a tour and was so kind and welcoming. The space is beautiful, clean, and has such a great vibe. ✨

She really is passionate about yoga, the body and mind. She also plays the ukelele and a beautiful short song at the end of the class. I love it. 100% recommend :)
