There were about four of us from ClassPass in class and she took the time to help set us up for success with the equipment and helped us with our form throughout the class. Solidcore is definitely a workout that you need to do multiple times to get the flow of, but I think it was a very challenging workout and I would definitely add it into my fitness routine.

Workout itself included a good mix of challenging HIIT exercises (all modifiable to suit range of fitness levels) to get full body workout! Highly recommend!
