alle beoordelingen weergevenI LOVE this class! I've gone to vinyasa/yin a couple times with Taye and every time I go, I leave feeling renewed and so much better. The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!
