I went for a trim which included trimming my layers and face frames and I appreciated the stylist making sure the amount being taken off was ok with me. I’m super happy with the results, and extra points for the gentle tangling my curly hair! Just know if you have long hair (past your shoulders) they will tell you before service that it’s an additional $20 charge on top of the price paid on here, which isn’t said anywhere in their ClassPass description! Apparently there’s a little “+” on their website that explains the extra charge. They take card for the surcharge and Venmo for tips. The place inside is no frills which is fine, but I went at the end of the day and it wasn’t the cleanest. All in all though, it was a great haircut!

They were running very behind schedule and my facial was about a half hour late, but my hair stylist was very apologetic and gave me a complimentary deep conditioning treatment while I waited. The facial was fantastic and so calming! The stylist did a great job on my hair and it held for the entire weekend. I’d definitely recommend and return!

Almost every single time I go get my hair done somewhere I get lectured about it. It does d not happen this time and they were super kind about it and gave me some tips about how to prevent some of it from happening in the future!

They offered me wine, water, and a cappuccino once I arrived- I took them up on the cappuccino and it was fantastic. What a treat! I honestly didn’t know what to expect from the keratin treatment but I’m blown away with how soft, silky, shiny, and smooth my hair looks. I hate when my hair has dead ends, I usually have so many, and now they are all completely sealed up, and my hair has NO FRIZZ. Like magic. I will be taking cautious care and will definitely consider coming back for the full treatment. My hair looks salon perfect, even after the first wash. My hair air-dried completely straight with no frizz, then with a little once over with a blow dry brush, IT IS PERFECT! literally magical.
