He demonstrates correct form for each exercise and keeps an eye on everyone throughout class. Only great things to say about this studio.

The class was well organized, with three 12-minute stations, which each had their own set of exercises written on a whiteboard. The instructor was really friendly and supportive, as were the other folks in the class. At 7am, there was also free street parking. Would highly recommend.
