I’ve never felt this strong with Pilates until I started taking her classes. She offers multiple resistance options to cater to every level (including height-related adjustments for those on the petite side), corrects form throughout class, and has a strong presence yet genuinely kind personality. I always look forward to her classes and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

With her help, I knew when I was doing something incorrectly & I could deff tell the difference when she corrected my form!

I got a full workout even though I am more of a beginner because she was able to explain things so well. The whole class ran very smoothly. She’s excellent! The studio is also very nice, clean and welcoming!
