Erica is so friendly and experienced. This was my first time ever working out with a trainer; I have no background in sports or athletics. Erica talked me through everything and was patient with teaching me the moves and tips to avoid hurting myself. The workout was definitely challenging and I had to push myself but I feel a good kind of soreness coming. The gym has everything you’d need. I’ll be returning.
