alle beoordelingen weergevenNatalie alone was worth the whole class… her voice queues and upbeat yelps and battle cries were so much fun and inspiring to keep going. Loved her focus on form and alignment and encouragement to each person in class. Plus a phenomenal playlist. Huge props.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really liked the class and instructor. My only con was it was POURING outside and for some reason no one was arnd to let us inside for like 10 mins. I brought my own mat you don’t need a towel they offer free face towels.
