alle beoordelingen weergevenAs someone who's pretty out of shape and deeply uncomfortable in my own body, this intro class was super fun and strangely liberating even though some of the moves and grips were decently hard. There were some moments that the teacher was fairly stern and sassy in how she delivered form adjustments, but I would still take this class again.
