John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish. The class was not only a thorough cardio workout but taught me new boxing combinations and (most importantly) how to block. Danni leads the class with skill and excitement. Although I am not very coordinated, I did not feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, Danni took the time to work with each person in the session at their pace while simultaneously keeping the class challenging and upbeat. Lastly, I enjoyed the gymās environment ā it was legitimate and welcoming.

I really enjoyed Rochelle, she kept the energy up and took time with me as it was my first time. The whole circuit is a good mix of boxing, strength, cardio, core and cool down. The place is spotless and so clean and organized. I highly recommended it and will definitely will keep going back.

Although I originally booked powder nail, I switched to gel X and they just charged me for the difference. My nail tech was Mina. She was very efficient, and did a great job of shaping my nails. She also patiently took note of each color I was considering, and let me see what each color looked like on the nail. Sometimes nail techs can be impatient if you don't know exactly what you want right away, and a I appreciated Mina's calm and patient demeanor. Would love to come back next time!

They seem to be really swamped during the post-work hours on weekdays which my nail tech confirmed, so I'd recommend coming a different time than that. Overall the nails look solid and they have a good selection of colors and add ons.

I also didnāt realize that you have to add on extractions because any spas Iāve been to thatās automatically included in any facial experience you choose. So if you want extractions done, I would inquire beforehand! Overall, I would definitely go back!

I got asked about the products I use and detailed questions about how my skin feels and what hasnāt worked for me. I have rosacea and she was super informative about what triggers it and how to keep it calm and provided sampler serums. The facial itself was very detailed and my skin feels super hydrated.
