My legs were like jelly afterwards 😂 Deanna is an amazing instructor and kept us motivated throughout and prioritised the stretching accordingly so that somehow I wasn’t crippled the next day! I will say that it’s probably the hardest intermediate reformer class I’ve been to and might be closer to advanced for a few people, so bear that in mind when booking (with other instructors it’s definitely easier) But I still loved it and would 100% go back!

As it was my very first Rhythm Ride class, I was a little nervous, but Adam was incredibly welcoming, patient, and encouraging. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was set up correctly, and guided me throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. The 45-minute Rhythm Ride was so much fun! It was the perfect mix of energy, great music, and an amazing workout. I left drenched in sweat but with the biggest smile on my face. The bikes were easy to use, and Adam’s coaching made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. If you’ve been thinking about trying CRANK—especially if you’re a beginner—don’t hesitate.
