When I’ve come to Kansas City for work a few times this year, I’ve set aside time to find Christian’s class at Sweatheory! I will return!!! Thanks for a great class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenNice studio! Not quite as hot as I went in thinking. It is certainly heated but not like “hot” compared to CorePower or Y6. Having showers onsite is certainly nice perk too! Instructions was good but the layout was a little strange, had never been in a class where the students were perpendicular to the teacher. Made it a little difficult to see what we were doing in some parts of the class but overall it was a wonderful class with modifications to make it easier or harder depending on what you need.

I was always intimidated by barre because I’ve heard it’s super hard and yeah for sure you’ll be sweating and maybe climbing up the stairs on all fours afterwards for a few days but Jackie did a wonderful job balancing out the whole body routine so you’re not burnt out by the end. It also flies by so quickly! This was a great introduction to barre for me can’t wait to take it again.
