Going mid-day during the week is best because the spa is a bit slower paced and [street] parking is more available. Nur gave me my first Russian manicure and it was the best treatment and service I’ve ever received for so many reasons. She removed my powder acrylics with a commitment to restoring my nail health. She preserved the length of my very brittle natural nails through the Russian manicure process and hard gel application- explaining each step to me and asking me my preference along the way. Her work left my originally weak and crusty nails looking healthy and elegant. Her skill and attention to detail is so impressive. I appreciate that she guided me on the most protective nail shape and with my color selection. On top of the treatment, Nur was incredibly professional, accommodating, and a joy to speak to. I love that they do a mini assessment to see what you’re dealing with such (find stressors) and take into consideration what your job role is and how it applies to any pain in your body. Staff was also warm and understanding, as I was running late (due to the Chicago marathon). I had such a great experience that I got my brother a gift card, so he can also have a great experience for his birthday. Definitely recommend this place.
