Small rooms but they don’t need to be big. Scents were pleasant and not overbearing. Music was 90s slow jam covers which made me laugh at first but then I was into it haha. Basically no chatting or talking at all, but I’d prefer that to a massage therapist who talks too much so also not a complaint. Very professional. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, neck and back pain for years and already after one session I am feeling less emotional and mental burden and my shoulders have felt more relaxed.
