One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

I felt comfortable and safe to be myself in the space. Mats and blocks were provided. From my eyes I see the studio as gorgeous and ascetically pleasing layout overall. Everything I need for class is provided and the staff were kind and warm towards me with instructions and brief conversations. I'd definitely return and recommend this class for beginners who want vinyasa. My body feels like there's my flow and freedom in it's movement overall

I love that they have a little TV in there. The floating pool was such a cool experience. I like that there are different settings, depending on how much light you’re comfortable with.
