The appropriate distance for mats is marked on the floor. Please keep 1,5 m distance before and after class.
Ventilation system
Ion Air ventilation systeem.
Extra sanitation
At the Yoga Church we disinfect all materials, floors, door handles etc. with alcohol after and before each class. Also, we have installed an air filtering system (HEPA and Plasma filtering).
