Masks are optional for attendees. Hiscoes trainers may wear masks in situations where they are unable to achieve safe distancing.

All equipment must be cleaned before and after use. Sanitation stations with methylated spirits are available throughout the gym. Deep clean by Hiscoes staff 3 x Day
