Cat was amazing, her energy, vibe, motivation, and instructions were phenomenal. I left feeling like I got an epic workout and uplifted! They take all the newbies in beforehand to go over class set up, how to work the treadmill etc. to make sure you’re comfortable & know what to expect. The workout itself is intense but they give you different “tiers” for settings and you can further adjust to your fitness level. Even though I am fit and active, I know that my form on the reformer needs some correction because I don't do it often enough- a simple hip twist here or slow down a bit.
