I attended the 5:30 AM session and it was a juicy workout from start to finish—sweating like crazy but feeling great. I had no mid-day crash, just energy all day. The music playlist was fantastic, and Beyoncé really carried me through those burpees! The instructor was beyond amazing, bringing a positive attitude and great energy. Highly recommend this class!

The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

I am a self proclaimed cardio junkie and this class was everything I hoped it would be…fast and challenging. I loved the 50-40-30 intervals and the 55 seconds to switch stations was perfect so my heart rate didn’t plummet too much and I had time for water and to get set up. I burned almost 400 kcals with the warm up and cool down and hit a max of 188 bpm. My avg was 138. I was paired with two other ladies who were fun and enthusiastic.

The masseuse I was with was very thorough and intentional with his massage. I felt like there was a great level of detail placed on my stiff spots (upper back, shoulders, hips). Throughout the massage he would ask me if the pressure was adequate or if I was uncomfortable in any way. Super clean spa and very friendly and respectful employees. Will be back !
